Welcome to Corona Property Services

Corona Property Services formed in 2002, to specialise in undertaking contracts for Local Authorities and other Registered Social Landlords covering Reactive Maintenance, Disabled Adaptations, Vacant Property Turn Rounds, Kitchen and Bathroom Renewals to the Better Homes Standard, together with General Renovations, Insurance Works, Emergency Out of Hours Call Outs, Property Alterations and all forms of Decoration for a number of private and commercial clients.

We cover an area within an approximate radius of 150 miles from our Head Office location in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

In addition to the above, the company has a further division, undertaking loft conversions, extensions and new build projects with a further arm supplying and fitting prefabricated UPVC canopies, entrance porches and car ports to both private individuals and public organizations.

In December 2008 Corona merged with another company who undertake very similar works as our selves, the result of this merger is to form a larger company providing an even more diverse work load with an emphasis on cyclical and planned maintenance and ultimately, through our supply chain, further enhance our excellent approach to client satisfaction.

The above merger will result in a company turnover approaching £5.0 million, with a directly employed staff of fourteen; together with a large number of long established sub-contractors which we engage by way of partnering agreements, as a result excellent quality and performance is maintained by the continuous monitoring and supervision of our contracts managers.

The company holds both employers and public liability insurance cover of £10 million respectively. Training is a major factor within the company and with a comprehensive program in place with external consultants covering Health and Safety procedures, in addition to current legislation effecting racial equality and equal opportunities. We extend the above training to our sub-contractors to insure high standards are maintained.

Corona Property Services are affiliated to Construction Line, Painting and Decorating Association and Schemes and are currently working towards ISO 9001/2000 and OHSAS18001:2000
